Please contact her with any concerns or questions. 913-269-5620. kristi.stevens.ks@gmail.com Weather Policy: If the tournament needs to be changed or cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be posted here by 6:00pm the night before the tournament. House Rules: Food and drink are welcome, including coolers and crockpots. “No Camping” signs are posted in areas where team camping so not permitted. Please keep camp area clean. No food or drink, except water, in the main playing gym. Chairs for spectators are allowed. No spectator seating around sides of the courts, or the far wall. Seating is permitted on the east side of the courts only, or on the balcony. Wifi is available. Address: 1650 Naismith Drive, Lawrence, KS, 66045 Parking: Park on Sunnyside Ave or in Lot 90 (south of Robinson). Lot 90 is not available on KU basketball game days. Enter through the West entrance. Coach Credentials: Each coach that wants to be on the bench must have their credentials. If you cannot show them, you will have to show your membership card, proof of Impact and SafeSport certification, and a picture ID. If you cannot show proof of Impact/SafeSport certification and/or membership you can NOT coach. All coaches and parent representatives are to wear the credentials around their neck, clearly visible, at all times. The only adults that can be on a team bench are the ones that wear the green credentials. The only adults that are to help out at the scorer’s table do lines or help with shagging balls either have to wear the red Parent member credential or the green coach’s credential. Reffing: In the 14 and under division, a rostered coach (either head coach or assistant coach) is the R1 for all matches. In the 15 and over division, a rostered coach is either the R1, R2 or active scorekeeper for all matches (not just sitting at the scorer’s table). First team to referee: Please arrive at 7:40am and make sure that the net is at the correct height and that all supplies are at the scorer's table. Call for captains at 7:45am and then start warm-ups. Play starts promptly at 8:00am. Coaches Meeting: 7:40am Parent Representative Meeting: 7:50am Coaches: Please stop at tournament desk to check-in before play. Warm-ups: Warm-ups start immediately after the end of the previous match. 2 minutes ball handling, each team on their side of the net. Then 4 minutes court time for the serving team, followed by 4 minutes court time for the receiving team. Tournament staff may ask you start warm-ups and call for captains. Please respect their demands to keep the tournament flowing efficiently. Camp Area: Keep camp area clean and neat. Do not spread out. If told by tournament or facility officials to clean your area, please respect their directions. |

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team) All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play. All Players must complete & pay for 2018-19 HOA registration before playing. One day only tournament formats:
